At home workout Day 1

A warm hello to everyone reading this! Amid the stress and uncertainty currently happening we’ve started producing some daily at home workouts for everyone currently stuck at home and unable to visit us or their favorite workout spot. This first workout is a bodyweight workout designed for endurance and minimal space/equipment needs. The sequence is as follows

Shoulder Circles

Washing Machine

Workout

Bodyweight Squats

Bodyweight Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts

Alternating Forward Lunges

Hand Walkouts

High Plank Obliques

Bridges Bird Dogs

Alternating Low to High Plank
