Charissa’s Upper Body Workout (Part 1)

Here is the first part of an upper body workout at Always Strong Fitness featuring Charissa!

This part of the workout has three exercises repeated four times. Be sure to check back for part two for this amazing workout!

4 Rounds!

Front/Lateral Raise Combination x 12 reps

Assisted Dips x 12 reps

Single Leg Walkouts to Push-up x 6 reps each leg for a total of 12 reps

Make sure to select the appropriate weight for the front/lateral raise combination.
