Cristina and Martin board the Pain Train

Here is a workout featured over the weekend at ASF with two of our awesome clients Cristina and Martin Clarke. This was a 5 exercise circuit(one is a combo exercise) repeated 4 times. An awesome full body combo that not only really works the core but is an excellent cardio workout as well.

KB Reverse Lunge into KB SLRD x 15 reps per leg

KB Burpee x 20 reps

KB Full Windmill x 10 reps per side

Low Plank Inch Worm x 20 reps
